MSDS : MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (1) Products presenting a danger for human health and/or the environment.
The MSDS has been mandatory from the 25 March 1987 and has the
principal role of supplying manufacturers, independent workers and storage
establishments with basic information relating to the dangerous chemical
products which is required to protect workers and the environment. The MSDS does not contain confidential information. In compliance with the regulations in force, it contains the information required for implementing preventive and protective measures and also first-aid measures in the case of accidents. It is a document intended for practical use. It complements the instructions for use but does not replace such information. In addition, the values indicated should in no way be considered as specifications or an analysis report. (2) Products not classified as dangerous according to EEC specifications.
In compliance with the regulations in force (European Directive
67/54488/CEE and its modifications.) and according to the information in
our possession on going to print, products not included in the list are
not regulated. (3)
